We urge customers to use the special next day delivery on orders over £45, it will protect your parcel against damage and loss through the post for up to £2000.
Free shipping next day delivery for orders on or over £50 please select the free shipping option when you order.
Cut off point for post every day is now 4.00PM please make orders before this time. Orders after this time will be prosessed and send the next day.
The international 2 day Garrenteed post need to be placed before 1pm for it to be sent that day, otherwise it will not be processed by to postoffice untill the following day.
Some countrys may take longer. Ie America takes 3 days and australia takes 4 days the far east takes 4 days. this service has only just changed due to Parcelforce terms and conditions
Order's that have an LY number can be tracked via they local tracking service I.E USA can track via USPS once left uk
We are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.
Returns Policy
benzo-fury.me.uk will not replace items lost in the post unless Special Delivery has been selected and payed for.
benzo-fury.me.uk do not accept returns for unwanted items.

Right to Cancel
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations, as set out by The Office Of Fair Trading, orders placed may be cancelled within 7 days of receipt of payment provided the goods have not been dispatched. When an order has been dispatched, even if within 7 days of payment, cancellation is not permitted as all products offered by benzo-fury.me.uk are goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
